Since fiber is the gold standard for super-fast and reliable internet connections, we started building our fiber network in 2014 in Mechanicsville. We later built  in Buchanan, Cedar Bluff, the city and rural areas of Lisbon, and Mt. Vernon.  

Mechanicsville Fiber is currently in the process of installing Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) in Mechanicsville, which brings fiber cables directly to your home or business. This technology vastly improves internet and other communication services, and enhances the experience of streaming, gaming, work from home, and other online activities.
